Coating Solution

Surface was first adequately cleaned and then HOT SURFACE COATING was applied in 3 layers (total thickness 7mm)

Results

The inside temperature during vulcanization in this mold is 175°C. Initial surface temperature: 142.2°C
Yearly energy losses when 250 days in use: 13.699 W or 2.466 €

After 7mm HOT SURFACE COATING: 74°C

  • Reduced surface temperature by 48%
  • Yearly energy losses after application: 1.862 W or 335€ when 250 days in use
  • Saving of 86.4% energy
