Two valves in a production line needed to be insulated in order to reduce the exterior temperature and reduce loss of energy.
- Medium = hot water 150°C
- Surface temperature = 130°C
Coating Solution
HOT PIPE COATING was applied -> Coverage : wet = 3,5 – 4,0mm
Results
Surface temperature after application:
- with laser pirometer: 70°C
- with bi-metal: 60°C
