Project Description
Gasoline storage tanks were affected by severe corrosion problems. The site was also located at a remote area where structural maintenance was expensive and not a real option. The tanks are also affected by radiation of the sun. Sandblasting was no option but the tanks needed to be coated to prevent further corrosion.
Coating Solution
High pressure all surfaces, apply 2 coats RUST GRIP (coverage 150 micron dry film), and overcoat with SUPER THERM. RUST GRIP will attach on the surface and stop further corrosion problems.
SUPER THERM will give the thermal protection and stop heat build-up by the sun radiation. This coating system guarantees a maintenance-free, durable solution which can resist all surface threatening influences.
