Project Description
The inside temperature during vulcanization in this mould is 175°C.
Problem is that the outside temperature is +/- 165°C, creating a high safety risk and energy losses by radiation.
Coating Solution
7mm Hot Surface Coating was applied with a spray gun on the outside.
Result
Outside temperature dropped to 63°C.
